Yong Yea
Born to Korean parents and raised in Venezuela for 14 years before moving to America, Yong Yea was exposed to a diverse multicultural background that has colored his identity as a performer and paved the road to linguistic fluency in Spanish and English as well proficiency in conversational Korean. His extensive theatrical endeavors throughout high school, college, and beyond lit the fire of his unshakable love for acting, his successful career as a gaming YouTuber (over 1 million subscribers and counting) honed his voice, and his long time adoration for mediums such as animation and video games defined his passion for voice acting.
Having recently moved from his former residence in Delaware, Yong is now a full-time working actor in Studio City, Los Angeles, who has been featured in a number of prominent voice over projects, having played roles such as main antagonist “Enrico Pucci” in the iconic anime series JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure (Part 6: Stone Ocean), the “Berserker Stag” enemies in the seminal game sequel God of War: Ragnarok, playable character “Vatu” in the well known hero shooter game Paladins, “Madeleine Cookie” in the popular mobile game Cookie Run: Kingdom, "Jingming" in the popular online game Genshin Impact, iconic character “Sherlock Holmes” in the legendary anime series Lupin the Third (Part 6), "Nian Zhen" in video game Per Aspera alongside talents such as Troy Baker and Phil Lamarr, "Sanji" and "Homelander" in the widely viewed Rooster Teeth animation series Death Battle!, and much more.
With his ability to deliver a wide spectrum of compelling performances, with a flexible range of varied voices to back it up, and with a euphoric giddiness for play, Yong is thrilled to fill the shoes of captivating characters waiting to be brought to life.
