For nearly two decades, Nathalia Hencker has thrived in the motion picture and television industry as the Spanish-language voice of entertainments most talented and best known actresses, including Salma Hayek, Teri Hatcher and Mary Steenburgen.
Born and raised in Colombia, Nathalia began at an early age her professional career as a fashion model, attended school for advertising and graphic design. Upon graduating she moved on to designing for a record company. She continued her work on television, as a model and on stage, playing the lead in Pinocchio, and garnering plaudits as an Angel in La Opera Blanca. She followed her stage success with intensive voice training in the radio industry, where she worked as a hostess for Radioactiva Caracol and a video jockey for Veracruz Cable in Colombia.
In the 80s, Nathalia traveled throughout Colombia as one of the lead vocalists in a pop band, providing her valuable experience for future voice acting roles that required singing. Upon moving to the United States thirteen years ago, Nathalia received firsthand exposure to the world of voice-over acting while working as a manager of a sound studio, and has since tallied a multitude of high-profile roles in films, television programs, cartoons and radio commercials.
Among her most prominent casting coups are the voices of Wilma Flintstone and Walt Disneys Pocahontas. She is part of a cast of over two dozen actors currently voicing the Spanish-language version of The Bold and The Beautiful. The ubiquitous serial is the first and only of its kind that broadcasts simultaneously in English and Spanish. Her voice is heard daily via Secondary Audio Program Technology (SAP) as the voice of Brooke Logan. Nathalia can also be heard over the airwaves promoting several of the worlds leading commercial franchises on a regular basis, most notably McDonald's, Mervyns and Verizon Wireless.
