Linsay Rousseau

Linsay Rousseau is a voice-over and performance capture artist with over 25 years of theatre, singing and improv experience. She is best known for her One Voice award winning performance as Elita-1 in the Transformers: War for Cybertron trilogy on Netflix. Additionally, she has extensive credits in video game work including the female player (The Captain) in WWE 2K24, Lockpick in Call of Duty Modern Warfare III, Spider-Man 2, God of War: Ragnarok, Fallout 76, DEATHLOOP and Starfield. You can hear her in national commercials, numerous live action dubs, narrating the Emmy award winning Arkansas PBS documentary "Dirt," the promo voice for "F-Boy Island" on the CW, the official voice of ServiceNow, and as the Disney+ IVR voice. She's a contributor to the top-rated horror radio drama, "The No Sleep Podcast" and voices Zenobia in the Signal Award winning live-play Dungeons and Dragons podcast, "Dragonlance: Echoes of Krynn". Coming soon, Linsay stars as the lead, Samantha Keller, in "The Invenios Expedition," a spinoff of the multi-award winning Leviathan Chronicles drama podcast. On screen, she has appeared in episodes of NCIS, Seal Team, General Hospital and she had all the judges fooled in her appearance on To Tell the Truth.

Linsay is a US Army Iraq War combat veteran and holds a master’s degree in journalism from the University of California Berkeley’s Graduate School of Journalism and a B.S. in sociology and cultural anthropology from The College of William & Mary. A bona fide geeky badass, she fills her downtime with games of Dungeons and Dragons and is a competitive HEMA sword fighter. As a queer woman, she is passionate about fighting for increased diversity and inclusion in the geek community and the entertainment industry as well as combating the toxic behavior so many people face in these communities. She is a board member and media affairs director for the National Association of Voice Actors, vice president of QueerVox, Ambassador for Building Doors and on the SAG/AFTRA Interactive, Voice-Over and PCAP committees.
