Lauren Mayfield

Lauren has been bringing stories and characters to life for as long as she can remember — from reenacting “The Wizard of Oz” word-for-word at age 3, to creating a pretend radio station with her push-button tape recorder in middle school, to performing at the Walt Disney World Resort as a dancing Christmas Elf after graduating with her Theatre Arts degree.

Pokémon fans of all ages know Lauren as the voice of gym leader Katy in "Pokémon Horizons." Video game fans know Lauren as the voice of multiplayer operator Raptor in "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III," Nina Hart in "Starfield," the English voice of Yona in “The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom,” Societte in “Granblue Fantasy Versus" and "Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising,” all four personalities of Queen of Cards Izanami (each with a different voice!) in “SMITE,” and many more.

Her versatile voice and performance style covers a wide range of colorful characters with smarts, sass, and sincerity — from lawful good paladins to encouraging older sisters to ridiculously over-the-top divas. She loves collaborating with production to help create immersive and lively worlds through atmospheric voices, battlefield efforts, ADR, and more.

Head-over-heels in love with this business, Lauren has worked with many of the top studios in Los Angeles on projects ranging from AAA domestic titles to international localizations to indie creations. She has also been heard in national TV commercials, radio dramas, and corporate narration.

When not using her imagination in the booth, Lauren performs as a stage actress — playing the roles of Miss Honey in “Matilda,” Louise (Gypsy Rose Lee) in "Gypsy," Gloria Thorpe in "Damn Yankees," Agnes Gooch in "Auntie Mame," the Countess Olivia in "Twelfth Night,” and many more. Having grown up a musical theatre kid, character singing is still one of her favorite things ever.

Lauren loves doing life with her amazing husband, spending time with her kitties, and enjoying all things theme parks, food, books, and travel.
