Ferelith Young
Ferelith Young is a gravelly-voiced redhead hailing from The North Country. And yes, that is a Scottish Viking name and it does mean both little princess and iron maiden. So, working with a lot here! Our gal was studious in the class and competitive on the rink, essential training for an artist. She has an Honors degree in International Development from McGill University and, after a brief stint in Paris, turned to the arts. Ferelith trained at The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City before founding her own theatre company so she could produce as well as perform - iron maiden right? She has appeared in theatres across North America, notably at La MaMa, Theatre Row, and The Morgenthau in New York and with Theatre Machine, Tarragon and Theatre Passe Muraille in Toronto. Ferelith voiced the roles of Eleni Syndulla in Star Wars: The Bad Batch on Disney+ and Ned Wynert in Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate and has voiced commercial campaigns for multiple high end products. Select TV/ film credits include: Heartland (Hulu), Rabbit Hole (Paramount+), Diggstown (FOX), Titans (MAX), Cardinal (Hulu), 21 Thunder (Peacock), Jennifer Riley Mysteries (Lifetime), Reign (Prime), Orphan (Prime), and Affinity (Prime).
Currently you can catch Ferelith starring as Amy Walker in A Cozy Christmas Quilt, airing on GATTV and streaming on Peacock, and as Rhiannon in the new season of Heartland airing on the CBC and streaming on Hulu.
This lanky Canadian has her green card and is fluent in French. She performs in both European and Canadian French accents and with British, Eastern European, American and Canadian dialects in English.
